Good job on podcast logo. -the most unique to date.
Like all your podcasts, it's nice to see complete content embedded on the podcast file.
As you probably assumed, yes, I am going to comment that it is a bit long.
BTW, it would be fun to see how much you spent at the fair and how many calories consumed.
As a comparison, kristi and I spent $19 total and got the following:
2 admission
2 organic brats
1 large RC Cola
Veggie fries
Wild Rice burger
Pineapple Malt
Pickle on a stick

Remember:
All it takes is 500 extra calories a day, and in a week you've gained a pound.
"Even a modest weight loss of 10 to 20 pounds can bring significant health improvements, such as lowering one's blood pressure and cholesterol levels." -WebMD Weight Loss Clinic
"A dollar a day would have grown into half a million dollars after 50 years." -Novice Investing
Let's all be healthy and wealthy.
According to this article,
It's implying that a healthier person equates to a higher IQ, which equates to a higher-paying job. Which allows you to afford the best hospitals and medication in the country. Allowing you to proactively respond to disease, saving you money in the long run.
Health and Wealth are highly correlated to the Being, Belonging, & Becoming; the essence of QOL.
Not a lecture or nothing like that. Just something we ALL could work on.
